All in stock merchandise will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order. You will be notified via email of any back orders or other shipping delays. You may cancel unavailable or back ordered merchandise at any time for full reimbursement on those items. All shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) using the type of delivery chosen and paid for by the customer in the checkout process. Shipping options are USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, and in some instances Media Mail.
Returns
All merchandise is guaranteed to be of kind and quality shown. Tex*In Treasures wants you to be happy with the products you receive and for that reason we will accept items returned, in the same condition as they were sent, within 14 days and reimburse the full product cost. Shipping, however, will not be refunded unless an item is returned due to our error. New, factory sealed items can not be returned once they are open. Though we have not seen one, Tex*In Treasures can not be held responsible for a dud cartridge, tape, or disk packaged by Texas Instruments 20 years ago. No returns without prior approval, and absolutely no returns after 14 days from receipt of merchandise, regardless of reason. All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons with all shipping charges prepaid. Freight damage claims must be filed immediately with the United States Postal Service and you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. If you are missing an item or received the wrong item, email us! We will straighten it out.
